Real Music & Real Estate . . .

Yiddishe Cup’s bandleader, Bert Stratton, is Klezmer Guy.

He knows about the band biz and – check this out – the real estate biz, too.

You may not care about the real estate biz. Hey, you may not care about the band biz. (See you.)

This is a blog with a gamy twist. It features tenants with snakes and skunks, and musicians with smoked fish in their pockets.

Stratton has written op-eds for the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Washington Post.

Sounds like you’re keeping Troy McClure’s Smoke Yourself Thin, and Get Confident, Stupid.

Yes, Steve M., I’m keeping McClure’s works (of “The Simpsons” fame). Btw, I only let my kids watch “The Simpsons” and “Mr. Rogers.” When the kids grew up and moved out, they watched everything in sight.)

Stuff them in your backpack, hop on the bike and drop them off at you local library. Enjoy the calories expended.

OK, Charlie B., I’ll do that right now — take the stuff to the library. Public notice: don’t come to my tree lawn next week.

Many fascinating titles. I couldn’t find “So You Want to Be Jewish?” by Miriam Roth at Amazon. Lot of other books by her. Maybe I didn’t scroll long enough.
