RESPECT MY CHECK
I write about 50 business checks a month. The other day I hit check number 10,000. This made think of some old-timers (not me, other old timers).
I’ve had tenants whose personal checks went into the 8000s. I respected those people, their age, and their numbers. Also, I knew their checks wouldn’t bounce. The scariest check number is 101. Young tenants don’t even know how to write checks. I have to fill in certain lines for them.
That 10,000. Please respect it.
